No two weddings are the same, so Sarah will ask you about your ideas when it comes to the style of music and any song requests. Whether your dream is an intimate private elopement surrounded by nothing but Nature, or a huge formal ceremony in a cathedral or castle, you can be sure your music choices will be safe in her hands.
As a serious performer and composer with experience from shows in the West End of London, to Symphony Orchestras and World Cruiseships, her playing and arrangements are second to none.
On the day - Sarah will set the harp up in advance and be ready to play for your guests as they arrive, and then as the bride arrives she can play a processional Wedding March. It's often also nice to have some music during quiet moments in the Ring Blessings and Signing of the Register or sometimes couples like to have some gentle music in the background during the Vows. Finally at the end of the ceremony she can play a joyful piece as the Bride and Groom depart. She can then play some subtle background music (moving the harp if necessary) during the drinks reception when photographs are being taken. Sarah always makes sure that the timings and volume of her playing fit perfectly into your ceremony.
Please see the 'watch and listen' page for examples of her playing. These are only short examples as she has around 10 hours of repertoire to draw from, so do please ask about specific pieces!
Quote -'Your playing was exactly what we wanted, and Reinhard as a musician, was extremely impressed with your expertise and repertoire. Our family and friends thought the music was unforgettable'
